  Walking distance to the train station. Hotel right on a small beach. Very close to the airport. Good for a short stay when catching a cruise ship in Monaco or departing from Nice. Good food and service on the beach. Lots of nice restaurants on the boardwalk.

  No airport shuttle until 6 am. Had to take a cab from the hotel. 25 Euro for a 5 minute ride at 4 am. 10 Euro to use a chair on the small beach, a little excessive when you are staying at the property.
